Application for WIRES II Identify code
On behalf of our repeater group, I wish to apply for WIRES II Identity code, to be distributed by Vertex
Standard/ Yaesu UK Ltd. I confirm that I have read and understand, and agree to the EULA for the Wires
II software. I also undertake to supply and maintain the internet connection from the repeater location
specified above and not to move or relocate the HRI-100 device without proper notification to Vertex
Standard/Yaesu UK Ltd. I understand and agree that Vertex Standard/Yaesu UK Ltd may perform “remote
updates” to system software installed on our WIRES™ computer.
