±3.0 KHz.

Increase the output level of AG by 20 dB (10 times of the output level of AG) which
is supposed to be Detective Modulation Level ±4.5 KHz).

Repeat steps 3 though 6 three times so that deviation is ±3.0 KHz and the
maximum deviation is ±4.4 KHz to ±4.6 KHz.
