Terminal Error Messages
There are various terminal error messages that may occur when voiding documents.
ACTION
VERIFONE DISPLAYS:
1. If an incorrect Check Digit is entered, the
display shows (

). Press the red cancel
button
at the bottom of the terminal
and try again.
Invalid Check Digit
Press CANCEL
2. If an incorrect dollar amount is entered, the
display shows (

). Press the red cancel
button
at the bottom of the terminal
and try again.
Incorrect Amount
