In the event of defects Verhagen Leiden BV will:
◦ replace the parts. Verhagen Leiden BV becomes the owner of the replaced parts.
◦ repair the defects.
◦ opt for another replacement solution if recovery is not reasonably possible.

The customer must give Verhagen Leiden BV the opportunity to remedy any defects.

For built-in parts from third parties, the warranty conditions of the relevant supplier apply. This
warranty period may differ from what is stated above.
