Malfunctions and repair
Repairs are prohibited during the warranty period, changes and
to make adjustments to the V-Move, the warranty then automatically expires.
V-Move does not run:
Cause
Solution
Batteries empty
Charge batteries.
Emergency stop switch pressed
Pull out the emergency stop switch.
Battery terminals make poor contact.
Clean, re-secure.
Driving direction switch defective.
Replace switch.
An electric motor is thermally switched off.
The V-Move is protected against overload due to
thermal protection.
Search for the cause of the overload. If, after
checking and reset, the safety resumes, warn
Verhagen Leiden BV.
V-Move occasionally works:
Cause
Solution
Loose wiring.
Check the wiring.
Relay is not properly "in" due to
contamination or defect.
Cleaning or renewing.
The speed is not (properly) adjustable or runs directly at high speed:
Cause
Solution
Speed controller defective.
Have it refreshed.
Relay defective.
Have it replaced.
