Install piston ring into piston lever

Install buffer spring into piston lever

Install above assy. into inner tube assy.

Cover piston lever with buffer prick bush

Install above accessories into aluminum outer tube

Tighten screw gasket
(Fixing torque is 20 Nm)

Oil seal assy.

Oil seal stopper ring

Anti-dust ring assy.

Add oil for absorber

(100±2 ml )

Buffer spring seal

O-seal ring
