NOTICE
When the heater is first turned on, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and
should not occur again unless the heater is not used for a long period of time.
Control Panel Operation
(Each
symbol means Press Button Once)
BUTTON
FUNCTION
PRESS and INDICATION
ON/OFF
The ON/OFF switch must be in the ON
position for the control panel and remote
control functions to be enabled.
1.
Beep. ON. Control panel and remote
control functions may now be used.
2.
Beep. All functions turn OFF.
FLAME
The FLAME button controls the flame
effect and backlight effects.
On the REMOTE CONTROL, these
effects are controlled separately.

Beeps. Flame intensity –
high, medium, then low.

Beeps. Cycles through
backlight effects with flame effect on.
HEATER
The HEATER button controls the low heat
(750W) and high heat (1500W).
NOTE: The heater only works when the
flame effect is ON. To prevent over-
heating, the fans blow cool air for 8-10
seconds when the heater turns on or off.

Beep. Low heater & fan turn ON; left
pilot light glows

THERMAL
CONTROL
The THERMAL CONTROL button
controls the thermostat. The thermostat
will ONLY work when the heater is ON.
The thermostat will maintain the setting.
The thermal control knob is a thermostat
with settings from “1” through “9”. With the
heater button pressed, turn the knob up or
down until the heat turns on or off.
