Designed to mount VENCO PRODUCTS Industrial Air Circulators (sizes 18" to 48") to a ceiling or beam. Constructed of steel and includes quick-turn knobs
allowing for easy tilt adjustment and multidirectional airflow. UL/cUL Listed Standard 507.
GENERAL SAFETY
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury to persons, observe the following:
a. Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. If you have questions, contact the manufacturer.
b. Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off at service panel and lock the service disconnecting the means to prevent power from being switched on
accidentally. When the service disconnecting means cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to water or rain.
1. Read and follow all instructions and cautionary markings.
2. Disconnect all power before installing or servicing.
3. Follow all local safety codes in the United States and Canada, as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) in the United States.
UNPACKING
1. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit.
2. Shipping damage claim must be filed with carrier.
3. Check all parts listed are accounted for.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
WARNING:
Installation and troubleshooting to be performed only by qualified person(s).
CAUTION:
Support fan securely during assembly and installation.
1. Position fan with cord wrap and switch located on top.
2. Using holes provided and four whiz bolts(A), fasten one side channel assembly(B)
to the air circulator tube. Repeat on other side.
3. Place top channel(C) across attached side channel assemblies. Refer to Figure 2 for appropriate
whiz bolt placement according to air circulator tube. Fasten with eight whiz bolts(A) and whiz nuts(D).
4. Mount air circulator to a structurally adequate steel structure with a minimum working load capacity of 150 lb. (models MAC-CM-S and MAC-CM-L) and
175 lb. (model MAC-CM-XL), using grade 5 bolt(E), two flat washers(F) and nylock nut(G).
5. Attach safety cable(H) with cable retainers(I) for fall protection. Allow enough slack in the safety cable to allow tilt adjustment to the air circulator.
6. Release quick-turn knobs and align air circulator housing in the desired position for airflow. Re-tighten quick turn knobs.
