Notes:
– the words must be separated by one or more empty spaces
– the password field may be omitted if the message sender is a number in
the telephone book (see telephone book management below)
– several commands may be included in a single message up to a maximum
of 160 characters (standard text message). The commands executed will
be those whose reply can be contained in a single text message
– to enter numbers with a decimal, the separator must be a point
– Mithos GSM is not case-sensitive, therefore you can write with lower
case or upper case letters
If the command is correct, the sender receives a text message reply, whose
structure is similar to the command itself, with the addition of the
“=”
symbol,
indicating the current status. For example:

Inserting the SIM Card
In order to remotely control the device with your cell phone, a SIM card must be
inserted in the specific slot, which must:
– be enabled for telephone traffic
– have the PIN code request deactivated (to eliminate the request, if necessary, use
a cell phone)
– have the answering machine disabled (contact your operator to disable the
answering machine)
Note:
SIM cards from the “3” operator may not be used.
Insert the SIM card in the push-push slot located
in the lower section of the instrument, with the
bevelled part facing inward to the right.
Note: the SIM card may be inserted/removed
even when the instrument is powered.
The connection status to the GSM network is
signalled on the display by the icon
according
to the following criteria:
On
fixed modem on and operating correctly
On
flashing card not insert / no GSM coverage / searching for network
