Attention: The device’s electric motor is not supplied with any overload cut-out to avoid unexpected and
unwanted restart. Therefore, if you are unable to hoist a load, do not insist and let the motor cool down.
Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
Only use the device for its intended purpose. All other uses may lead to short circuits, burns, electroshocks,
crash, etc. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.

Installation
The
WEH200 / WEH300
is provided with a specially designed
bracket system that allows mounting the hoist on a pipe.
5.
Operation
5.1
First Check
First, check that the switches are in good working condition.
Make sure the power switch is set to OFF.
Make sure that the available voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the specifications of this manual.
Insert the plug into the mains outlet.
In case a cable extension is needed, it is important to respect the table’s data.

5.2
Operating the Winch
1.
Operate the cable winch using the operating panel. Operate the upper position to hoist the load up, operate
the lower position to lower the load. Never switch directly from hoisting to lowering or vice versa. Instead,
always stop the cable winch prior to changing directions.

In case of an emergency, operate the red emergency button to stop the cable winch immediately and to
secure against a restart. To reset the device to operational status, first turn the red emergency button in a
clockwise direction to unlock. The cable winch is now operational.
6.
Cleaning and Maintenance
All screws securing the brackets and reduction gear should be tightened and free of corrosion.
The housing, visible parts, mounting supports and the installation location (e.g. ceiling, suspension,
trussing) should not be deformed, modified or tampered with e.g. do not drill extra holes in mounting
supports, do not change the location of the connections.
Moving mechanic parts must not show any signs of wear and tear.
The electric power supply cables must not show any damage. Have a qualified technician maintain the
device.
Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance activities.
Check that the steel cable, the motor stop switch and the push button are in good working condition.
All nuts securing the steel cable clamps should be tightened and free of corrosion.
