Personal settings
To start setting up a training zone:
•
Press button A to activate the Heart mode.
•
Hold buttons B & C until all segments are ON.
Enter your year of birth (YEAR appears)
•
Press button B to set the desired year
(any year from 1900 to 2004 may be
entered).
•
Confirm with button C.
Enter the month (MONTH appears)
•
Press button C to set the desired
month.
•
Confirm with button C.
Enter the day (DATE appears)
•
Press button B to set the day.
•
Confirm with button C.
Enter your weight (KG flashes)
•
Press button B to select either
kilograms (KG) or pounds (LB).
•
Confirm with button C.
•
Press button B to set your weight.
•
Confirm with button C.
