3. Installing / Recharging Batteries
1)
Make sure the unit is switched off. Press the button on the belt clip and turn it counter clockwise.
2)
Open the battery compartment.
3)
Insert 4 AAA-batteries, respecting the polarity.
4)
Put the battery compartment cover back on & lock it by rotating the belt clip back into its normal position
NOTE:
Make sure you use rechargeable batteries when placing the
PMR4
in the
PMR4AP
Twin Set charger (sold separately).
4. Operation
a. Switching the Unit On/Off – Unlocking and Locking the Unit
•
To switch the unit on, press the
key for 5 seconds. You will hear a beep meaning the unit is ready for use.
•
To switch the unit off, press the
key for 2 seconds.
