Connect a device to the bell box with the remote controller
When a bell box is used as a stand-alone, a previously learnt remote controller is able to serve as a
master control. This dual key function is designed to enter learn mode without opening the bell box lid
and triggering tamper.
In stand alone mode, you can use a remote controller to connect a device to the bell box:
1.
On the remote controller, press the Home Arm and Panic buttons to enter the bell box’s learn mode.
The bell box will emit one short beep and LEDs 1 and 3 will flash once.

Functions
About the siren
The siren produces a minimum of 104 dBA sound at 1 meter on axis. It is programmable via two dip
switches (SW3 and SW4) for four siren durations: 3, 5 or 10 minutes and 1 second.
The 1 second duration is used for testing during installation.
The siren is silenced when either the programmed siren duration expires or the control panel turns
off the siren.
In case of low battery condition, the bell box gives an intermittent alarm sound instead of continuous
alarm sound during the programmed siren duration.
For burglar and panic alarms, the bell box gives a continuous alarm sound.
For fire alarms, the bell box gives an intermittent alarm sound of 3 short beeps followed by a stop,
repeated for the programmed alarm duration.
For water alarms, the bell box gives an intermittent alarm sound of a 50% duty cycle at 0.5 seconds
repeated for the programmed alarm duration.
