• The LED light helps light up hard-to-reach areas.
TRIMMING
The 5, 3 and 1 mm trimming guides let you trim your beard
to the length you want or maintain the same stubble length
every day (Picture 3).
TRIMS
• Make sure the device is switched off. Choose one of the
trimming guides supplied, place it on the blade and make
sure it is firmly attached (Picture 4).
The bristles can face up or down for ease of use, depending
on the area to be trimmed.
• Do not move the device too quickly. It is better to make
slow, delicate strokes.
• Always trim hair in the direction of the trimming guide
bristles and make sure that the flat part of the guide is in
contact with the skin.
• For best results, try different trimming positions (upward,
downward and side to side) and trim with the blade head
against the direction of hair growth.
• For best results, use the device only when the skin and
hair are completely dry.
SHAPING
The pivoting head with light adapts to the shape of the
face and is designed to offer total control when shaping
your beard (Picture 5).
• DO NOT USE the device with water or shaving cream.
The blade may not work properly.
• Press gently when making long strokes. The skin may
take some time to adapt to the blade.
NOTE: It is normal for the blade head to heat up during
use.
EDGING
Select the preferred trimming guide to edge your
sideburns, moustache, beard or goatee, just like at the
barbershop. For more precise edging, use the device
without a trimming guide.
• Use the blade edge for precise edging.
• Hold the Velform® Full Body Razor so the blade is
pressing against the skin (only one blade edge should
touch the skin) – (Picture 6).
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
The Velform® Full Body Razor blade is delicate. Handle
it with care.
• If hair is trapped in the trimming guide or blade, remove it
by blowing on the blade or using the brush supplied.
• Do not rinse the blade under water. It could be damaged.
ATTACHING THE TRIMMING GUIDES
The device must be switched off.
Attach the trimming guide to the blade head with the
bristles pointing up (Pictures 7 and 8).
REMOVING THE TRIMMING GUIDES
Place your thumb on the trimming guide (Picture 9) and
press down to separate the head from the blade (Picture
10). Then remove the trimming guide (Picture 11).
CHANGING THE BLADES
For best results, we recommend changing the blade every
3 to 4 months or when it no longer provides the desired
results.
• Remove any attachments.
• While the blade shield is on the blade, gently press the
blade release button and catch the blade so it does not fall
(Picture 12).
• Pick up the new blade without touching the blade and fit
it onto the device. You will hear a click when it is in place.
• Remove the blade shield before using the device.
