16. Detach the protective cap with the foam rubber pad (3) from the
photomultiplier (8) of the new electronics module.
Avoid exposing the photomultiplier to direct light. Detacht the
protective cap (3) only as the final step.

clean. If necessary clean with a lint-free cloth. See illustration.
