Add Index (Trace) : Test counter. When saving test results, count auto increments and

• Term. Location: (Terminating location) where fiber ends

Comments:
Add information about the fiber ends, comment about the result, status or
any other meaningful information about connector, application, or case. This information
will be included in the report.
• Node ID: Node ID
• Account : Account number
• Tech ID : Operator ID (automatically populated when synchronized with R-Server)

Tech Name
: Operator name (automatically populated when synchronized with R-
Server)
