Infini’Silk™ Pro doesn’t work”
Ensure that the electrical cord is connected correctly to the device. Check that the electrical cord is
properly connected to the socket in the wall.
11.2 “A flash is not emitted when I press the flash button”

Ensure that the indicator light to ready mode blinks, that there is proper contact of the device with the
skin, and that the treatment panel is attached to the skin in a balanced and stable way. For your safety, the
flash button works only if the treatment panel is well pressed against the skin.

Check the status of the indicator to warn skin tone. If it blinks, it means that your skin tone was evaluated
by the skin color sensor as too dark to use. Try to use the device on the other part of the body or
contact the customer relations department by telephone: ...

Check the status indicator to replace the cartridge. If it is on, unplug the appliance and replace the lamp
cartridge with a new cartridge.

Make sure the indicator light in ready state is on

If within 10 seconds the indicator light is still off, switch the device off and then on again. In other words,
double-click the power/pause button.
