5. Geometry Seed File scripts
The Geometry Seed File Definitions script loads
important information for the calibration of each
projector. Each projector’s configuration file must
have the location of all the Rule Base seed files
loaded before the geometry (center or screen) is
calibrated. A single script file per projector is
imported to load the file locations for both center
and screen Geometry Rule Base seed files. From
within the
ACON Ultra GUI:
a. Select a projector.
b. Select
“Setup > Projectors
Configuration”
c. Under the “Advanced Configuration” section
of the Projector Configuration dialog, from
the “Scripts” list box, select “
FModel Geom
Seeds
”
d. Press the adjacent “Import” button.
e. Select or type the desired filename (typically
“

\Projectors\SeedFiles\SeedFileDef
s.txt
”)
This imported script contains three sections, one for each of the geometry passes. Each of the three
sections contains a number of Rule Base Seed Files that are used during the geometry calibration
operation. This script file tells the calibration operation where to look for each specific file. Before
importing this file into a projector configuration, the presence and location of the files listed should be
verified.
