Marquee ACON Ultra Installation/Operation Guide

AU User Controls, Settings and Operation
2.2.3.1.2
Edit Setup Flags
Utilizing the automated operations controlled via the
Setup Tasks
pane in this window, the Setup Flags
are updated and progress is shown. In some instances, the user may wish to manually alter the state of
the flags. For instance, if upgrading an existing ACON system from software version 1.0 to version 2.0, it
is not desirable to repeat the entire setup process. In this case, it is justified to manually set the Setup
Flags.
When the button is first pressed, a warning message appears indicating that altering the state of the
setup flags without properly completing the correlating procedure may produce unstable results.
If the user chooses to continue with the editing operation, a message appears that gives editing
instructions.
When editing the flags is complete, pressing the
Edit setup Flags
commits the changes to memory.
Before the changes are stored, the user is given another warning and prompted to verify the changes.
If upgrading the software from version 1.0 it is advisable NOT to manually change the
Projector Mapping
,
AGC Basic Configuration
, and the
Primary Relationship
flags as these are new features introduced in
version 2.0. If a version 1.0 system has already been through the complete setup operation, all other
flags are relatively safe to manually adjust.
2.2.3.1.3
AGC Base Configuration
The
AGC Base Configuration
button activates the
Auto Gain Control Dialog
covered in paragraph
2.2.3.1.2.3. The default AGC configuration will be used during the AGC calibration procedures for both
convergence and geometry.
