Lift the cover (1), remove and fill the tank (2) with

softened cold water (2,5 litres) (or natural mineral
water).

Replace the cover (1).

The lack of water in the tank (the
minimum level) inhibits the functioning of
the resistance and the water supply to the
coffee.
