5.2 Replacement of gate
The figures in brackets refer to the drawing on page 13
1. Press out pin (9) by means of tool (8)
2. Take new gate (6) and press in new pin (supplied with
new gate) by using the same tool
ATTENTION:
Inspect position of pin in the
opening. The pin must be flush with
the valve shaft!
The opening of the pin has to point
into the
direction of the gate or the
actuator. An incorrect
located pin
may result in a damage of the valve.
Inspect position of pin!
