Power Management Function
The power management function, which is controlled through the computer,
provides four distinct power states.
On
The normal operating condition. The power LED will show
Green.
Standby
The screen blanks after a pre-set amount of idle time. The
power LED will appear Amber in this state
Suspend
Some electronic circuits go off after a pre-set amount of
idle time. The power LED will appear Amber in this state
The following is a description of these power states and their corresponding

The power management function requires TTL horizontal and
vertical sync signals to operate

This monitor is Energy Star compliant when used with a computer
with DPMS
Reinitializing Power
To reactivate a display, which is in the standby or suspend mode, do one of
the following:
1.
Turn the system on if the power is off.
2.
If the display has entered one of the power saving modes, do one of
the following:

Press any key on the keyboard
•
move the mouse
