Change password
After login, the password of the currently
logged-in user can be changed in the
settings in the
"User" tab.
To open the settings menu, select the tool
symbol.
Password reset
If you have forgotten your password,
select
"Forgot password?" in the login
interface. In the following window, a PUK
(Personal Unlocking Key) must be
entered. The PUK consists of
the 36 digits
of the Code #1 printed on the Nameplate.
It can be found on the enclosure of the
energy storage system. The figure
illustrates an example of the position of
the PUK on the label.

Enter the digits as follows:
line by line
from left to right
without spaces.
After confirmation, the password is reset
to the initially assigned password (see
page 86).
