Munirsi di guanti protettivi

Per una corretta af

fi

 latura  della 

lama procedere secondo le 
indicazioni seguenti:

Eseguire la pulizia della lama 
liberandola dai residui di grasso 

(Parte 10)

Assicurarsi che la macchina 
sia spenta.

Ruotare il regolatore spes-
sore fette in posizione zero 
per garantire che la lama sia 
protetta dal piano spessimetro.

dalla protezione mobile.

Clean the blade removing any 
greasy residue

Make sure that the machine
is off.

Rotate the slice thickness 
control to  zero to make sure 
that the blade is covered by 
the slice thickness plate.

SHARPENING OPERATION

DANGER
The sharpening operation 
must be performed during the 
manual functioning.

Wear protective gloves

For a correct sharpening of the 
blade follow these nstructions:

IMPORTANT

During the following operations 
the blade must always be 
covered by the removable 
protection.

Lift the sharpener cover.

sharpener and spin it 180 
degrees.

Put the sharpener device.
