ProStar 335 Photodiode Array Detector Control Manual  - 17 - 

 

 

 

 

 

Once an IP Address is configured, press the button 

 to activate the communication with the 

instrument. 

Check the Synchronise with other modules box to enable this 
option. When this option is enable the Varian Prostar 335 will be 
started from a contact closure a will be able to receive a fault 
signal directly from another instrument. 

Check the Enable Ready In box to enable this option. When this 
option is enable the Varian Prostar 335 waits a ready in signal to 
go to the ready state. 

 

NOTE:  For more details about the BOOTP configuration, refer to the Ethernet 
Communications section.
