Follow the instructions stated in the engine operating instructions. Shorten the change interval to one half, if you are to use your machine
in a dusty environment. When draining oil out of the engine, tilt the machine to the side where the oil spout is fitted or disassemble the
entire engine, including the engine plate.
If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.

OINTS
There is no need to remove any covers from the machine to lubricate the bowden cables on the handlebar. The other lubrication points
may be reached after removing the plastic covers. From a wide range of oils, any engine or gear oil or spray oil is suitable for lubrication.
When selecting plastic lubricants (grease) any lubricant intended for water pump lubrication is sufficient. However, its application usually
requires the dismantling of the respective slide.
When using plastic lubricant with graphite admixtures, season lubrication intervals may be extended to up to
25 hours

REPLACEMENT
OF
WORKING
TOOL
If the working tool cutting edges are worn or damaged, causing machine vibrations, the cutting edges must be restored or the blade
replaced. Even though the working tool is made of quality quenched steel, wear and tear of the sharp edges and reduction of the mowing
performance occurs.
The machine must be placed on a hard horizontal surface and must be secured so that there is good access to the
blade and machine would not start moving unexpectedly.

In case of a replacement of the working tool with a non-original spare part the manufacturer is not responsible
for damages or injuries caused by the machine or in the machine. The blade is embossed with a sign that
indicates its manufacturer and is a check mark that the blade is an original spare part.

are damaged, replace them with new ones!
Nuts

are self-locking (with plastic inserts). During every dismantling, replace them with new ones!
If there are any cracks in the working tool, it is essential to replace the blade or carrier with a new one!
If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.
For the quality of the vegetation processing we recommend to check the blade quality every 10 hours, especially if the
machine works under very demanding conditions!
Take special care when removing the blades. The blade cutting edges are quite sharp. Protect your hands with
working gloves.
Never disassemble the blade with its carrier pressed onto the shaft to sharpen the cutting edge. There is the risk of
damaging the bearing seals and subsequent destruction of the bearing during its operation!
Spend several seconds of your time to tighten the bolted joints of the working tool prior to every work with the machine and after every
impact of the blade on a solid obstacle!
Failure to observe this rule means a risk of injury in case the working tool detaches!
The blade must be definitely balanced after sharpening its cutting edges! An unbalanced blade causes machine vibrations
and machine damage!

BRAKE
The machine is equipped with its modern design belts that do not require any special care. It is only necessary to check them regularly,
and if there are cracks or tears on the belt surface, replace them. The factory setting of the tensioning pulleys must be checked after the
first approximately five hours of operation when the belt is breaking in. During breaking in, it is necessary to check the function of the
tensioning pulleys to prevent the tensioning pulley from being damaged due to the extension of the belt to its damage. It is also necessary
