Cleaning hydraulic filter
Before removing and cleaning the hydraulic filter, close the ball valve by using tool C. The ball valve is
closed when the slot in the screw of the ball valve is vertically orientated. Unscrew the sieve cap by using
the same tool turning counterclockwise. If this does not work, use a wrench size 32 [mm]. The filter/sieve
clamps in the sieve cap and will automatically come out of the filter housing. Gently pull the filter/sieve out
of the cap and clean with water. A soft brush can be used for thorough cleaning. See Figure 15.

Opening the Cooler
When cleaning the inside of the Cooler, the Fan Holder Plate can be unscrewed and hung on the same
screws. Remove both screws on the left side of the Fan Holder Plate by using tool A. Unscrew both
screws on the right side for about 10mm, letting them remain in the housing. Lift the Fan Holder Plate so
the slotted hole will fit over the head of the screw and pull the Fan Holder Plate towards you. Rotate the
assembly over the vertical imaginary hinge and place it back on the remaining screws. See Figure 16.
CAUTION: The top plate should remain in place when the Fan Holder Plate is assembled in service
mode.
