Important: Any serious incident that may occur in relation to this device should be reported to
the manufacturer and the national competent authority.
HIPAA
HIPAA logging: Varex Imaging Corporation support HIPAA Access Control Standards. Unique
user identification and automatic logoff are implemented through user configuration and the
login/ logoff features of the Clinical Mode. HIPPA Audit Control Standards are used in the
Settings Mode logs to record user actions.
