Warranty sheet
The warranty sheet belongs to the sold product of the corresponding type as part of its
accessory. It must be submitted during each claim. Under the assumption that the war-
ranty conditions are adhered to, we grant the following warranty period to the user:
24 months
from the day of sale
The supplier grants the warranty period for the functionality of the machine that was the
object of the delivery, during a period specified by the purchase contract, (i.e. 24 months
from purchasing the product), under the assumption that the machine works in single-shift
operation. The warranty applies to all defects and failures due to a material defect. The
condition for warranty fulfilment is adherence to the Instruction Manual, carrying out basic
maintenance without encroachment on the construction of the product. The user does not
remove any defects from the product; the user announces them to the manufacturer, with
whom it concludes an agreement on the method of their removal. The supplier is not liable
for loss or damage arising during repairs, replacements of parts, etc., that were not carried
out according to the instructions indicated in the Instruction Manual and according to the
requirements of the generally valid safety regulations. If the warranty conditions are ad-
hered to and after submitting the purchase documents and properly completed warranty
sheet, the supplier will remove all the defects due to production flaws or material defects
free of charge, so that the product can be used properly.
The warranty does not apply to the natural wear of components and to defects arising by
mechanical damage, unprofessional installation or handling, the intrusion of foreign ob-
jects into the machine parts or by natural disasters. The warranty does not apply to de-
fects caused by external effects, such as electric power failures, damage due to natural
disasters, unsuitable working conditions or if the product use contradicts the Instruction
Manual. Warranty entitlement also expires in the event of unauthorized encroachment into
the equipment by the owner or another person (organization).
The seller is obliged to fill in this warranty sheet properly and completely. An incomplete
warranty sheet or a sheet changed without authorization is invalid. The warranty period is
extended by the period during which the product was in warranty repair. We recommend
keeping the documents on carrying out the warranty repair together with the warranty
sheet and the purchase document.
If it is determined during a warranty repair that the indicated warranty conditions do not
apply to the claimed defect, the client will cover the costs of the repair.
