Warning
When powering down the unit, always unplug the power cord from the AC power
outlet first (Figure 4-1). Never disconnect or reconnect the power connector from the
Vanguard back panel if the power supply is still connected to the AC power outlet
(Figure 4-2). Doing so can potentially damage the Vanguard unit.
