OPL (USA) Series Operating Instructions Ver. 3.02E

Essential tools: None required
Replace when: Height of impact absorption part

becomes 2mm or less. (Impact
absorption part of new pressure rubber
is 3mm. )

Pressure rubber is sold individually.
Check the wear of the impact absorption part regularly.
Raise the pressure lever referring to “10-1 Preparation
IRUSDUWVUHSODFHPHQW´ĺSDJH28), and the pressure
rubber is detached.

Essential tools: Industrial-purpose alcohol (Ethanol)
Replace when: The seal becomes messy, etc.

The silicone rubber is either sold individually or
included in the maintenance parts kit.

Remove the damaged (old) silicone rubber.

2

Using an industrial purpose alcohol, etc.,
completely remove the adhesive residues
remaining on the metal portion of the pressure
lever.

3

Adhere the new silicone rubber starting from
the edge.

Caution

Impact absorption part of new pressure

rubber is 3mm. In case the part becomes
2mm or less, the press force of the sealer
increases and may exert extreme pressure
if fingers or hands are caught.

Check the wear of the impact absorption
part regularly before using the machine.
When the height of the impact absorption
part becomes 2mm or less, be sure to
replace the pressure rubber.

Attention

Adhere the silicone rubber carefully

as it cannot be reapplied.
