Essential tools: Phillips screwdriver, transparent tape
Replace when: Fluoro glass sheet is ripped, burned, or
when seals become irregular.
Fluoro glass sheet is either sold individually or included
in the maintenance parts kit. 25 to 30cm of extra fluoro
glass sheet is rolled on the roll bar.
Replace the old fluoro glass sheet by the new one when
all part of the fluoro glass sheet is used as described
below.
How to remove

Raise the pressure lever referring to “10-1
3UHSDUDWLRQIRUSDUWVUHSODFHPHQW´ĺSDJH
28).

Loosen four black plastic nuts as described in
the right illustration. Remove (c) roll bar by
sliding out from the side.

Remove the old fluoro glass sheet from (c) roll
bar.
How to attach

Attach a new fluoro glass sheet to (c) roll bar
using transparent tape, etc. Wind it on (c) roll
bar.

Set (c) roll bar with the new fluoro glass sheet
to the initial position. Temporary tighten the two
black plastic nuts that fix (b) roll bar fastening
plates.

Slide fluoro glass sheet toward you. Insert the
edge of the fluoro glass sheet between (a) lower
holding plate and (d) fluoro glass sheet holder
support.

Fix (a) lower holding plate with two black
plastic nuts.

Take up the slacking of fluoro glass sheet by
turning (c) roll bar.

Fully tighten the black plastic nuts to secure (c)
roll bar with (b) roll bar fastening plates.
10
Return the pressure lever and other parts
removed in “10-1 Preparation for parts
UHSODFHPHQW´ĺSDJH28) to the initial
positions.
