[6] Lower the lock lever on the high-capacity ink pack adapter and insert
the ink bag.
• Insert all the way to the end.

Confirm that the ink bag is inserted all the way and is locked.
[8] Confirm that the lock lever on the high-capacity ink pack adapter is in
its original position.
[9] Insert high-capacity ink pack adapter to this product.
• Match the label of this product to the color of high-capacity ink pack
adapter.
• Insert all the way to the end.
The message on the left will appear.
• The printer starts ink charging.
During ink charging, make sure:
• Not to turn OFF the printer.
• Not to unplug the power cable of the printer.
• Not to open the front cover.
• Not to open the maintenance cover.
• Not to raise the media setting lever.
[10] When ink charging ends, the message on the left will appear.
• That completes the ink charging.
