Section1. Aileron and Aileron Servo Installation
Step1. Remove the covering from the servo
opening in the bottom of the wing using a hobby
knife.
Step2. Insert four CA hinges into the pre-cut slots in
the aileron.
(Sometimes the pre-cuts slots in the aileron are not
perfectly matched with the ones in the wing. So in
this step, you have to move the hinges right or left
to make sure that they also can be easily inserted
into the slots in the wing.)
Step3. Apply thin CA to glue the hinges to the
aileron.
Step4. Slide the aileron and wing together. The gap
between the aileron and wing should be infinitely
small.
Make sure the end of the aileron is aligned with
the wing.
Step5. Apply thin CA to each hinge. Make sure the
hinge is fully saturated with CA. use a paper towel
and CA removers to clean up any excess CA from
the wing and aileron.
Step6. Gently pull on the aileron to ensure the
hinges are secure and cannot be pulled apart.
Move the aileron up and down to break in the
hinges.
