NOTE:
This operation to separate the engine and the fuel tank is mainly used to access the clutch

crankshaft rear retaining ring.
NOTE:
All procedures that require the tractor to be opened must be carried out in accordance with the
proper safety precautions and standards.
NOTE:
Before and during opening, make sure that all of the connections are properly shut down between
the moving part (front of tractor) and the fixed part (rear)
NOTE:
The platform or cab involved in the operation remains fixed on its supports throughout the entire
procedure.
NOTE:
The illustration above shows this tractor separation.
NOTE:
The procedure outlined below is carried out with the cab or platform resting on the supports (rear
section) and the engine and front axle supported on the trestle (engine mount), which will be moved
forward during the separation.
ATTENTION:
To perform the following operations, all of the necessary work safety equipment (PPE) must
be used, such as: gloves, goggles, shoes, ear protection, etc.
ATTENTION:
Take all the necessary safety precautions when handling large, heavy parts.
NOTE:
All the lubricant oil used should be collected and stored properly for later recycling.
NOTE:
Make the disconnections at the point that is most suitable for each case. Label the hoses and lines
to avoid difficulties in assembly.
NOTE:
All hoses and loose connections in general should be capped to prevent contamination and leaks.
