Remote Control Pairing

Installation

Synchronize Remote Control

The receiver and the handset of the remote control 

system must be initially synchronized before the 

fi

 rst 

use.

1.  Remove the battery holder cover (1 screw). 

Insert 4 x 1.5V alkaline batteries in the holder. 

2.  On the left hand side of the 

fi

 rebox, pull the loose 

wire that is already connected to the receiver and 

connect it to the battery holder. .

3.  Insert 1 9V alkaline battery in the handset.
4.  With a sharp object, press and hold the receiver’s 

RESET button until you hear one short and one long 

beep. Release the reset button after the second 

beep.

5.  Within the subsequent 20 seconds, press the small 

fl

 ame button       on the remote handset until you 

hear two short beeps con

fi

 rming the synchroniza-

tion is set.

This is a one time setting only 

and is not required when chang-

ing the batteries in the remote 

handset. The remote control 

system is now ready to use.

6.  Inside the left panel of the appli-

ance outer case, in front of the 

receiver, peel o
