2. The machine starts with cooling and
continuous mixing. This program is used
when the cooling cycle has been stopped
by pressing the STOP button, or to cool the
mixture and other liquids at +4°C. The
machine cools the mixture at +4°C and
automatically switches to maintenance
mode. Press the COOLING button
(snowflake icon) on the push-button panel
or START CYCLE to start the program.
With STOP button
you can stop cooling (in any phase).

Key AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION
The AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION
button activates heating cycle at
85°C with continuous mixing of the mixture in the production basin in trough the
selected program.
1. Press the button
to start pre-set
program 02.
2. The machine starts with automatic
pasteurization cycle at 85°C. First the
machine heating at 40°C then the customer
can introiduced solid ingredients and then
the machine heating until the 85°C target
temperature is achieved - the cycle is
reversed and the cooling starts. The
machine automatically switches to
maintenance mode at 4°C.
With STOP button
you can stop the automatic asteurization (in any phase).

Key STOP / RESET
The STOP button
stops all active function, operation, program of the
machine indifferently in which phase the machine is.
The HOME inactive screen is displayed.
