 START with the EXTRACTION FOR MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF VARIEGATED ICE 
CREAM BUTTON from the MENU 

 
 
 
 
The EXTRACTION FOR MAXIMUM QUANTITY of VARIEGATED ICE CREAM 

 button activate the mixing which will gradually increase until full ice cream 

extraction.  The  program  consists  of  11  steps  alternating  mixer  speed,  from 
S5/S6/S7 (quick) to S2 (slow). 
 

1.  In running program press the button 

 to 

start extractionwith alternating mixing
