Check that the sensor is not reporting errors.

(1 parameter for each laser).

When started, changes status bit 1 (reference setting ongoing) to

= not ongoing.
The adjustment takes typically 30 seconds.

Check that plate adjustment was successful.
Use the

request, and check the unit status information from the
SEND DATA
response.

The command was successful if status bits 10 - 13 (
reference setting interrupted due
to...
) all have value
0
(no error).
If the adjustment is not successful, repeat the procedure.
