installed with it.

Verify that the Universal CCU, Quick-
Connect device, or AV Bridge MATRIX
PRO is connected to power.

At least one of the cables is bad.

Check using known good cables.

The wall outlet is not active.
(Check by finding out if it powers
something else, such as a laptop or
phone charger.)

Use a different outlet.

The device providing power is bad.

Universal CCU, Quick-Connect
USB, or AV Bridge MATRIX PRO:
Buttons and display do not
illuminate.

Quick-Connect USB Mini or Quick-
