Selection of language

The Vacon control keypad offers you the possibility to control the inverter through the keypad in the
language of your choice.

Locate the language selection page under the

System menu

. Its location indication is S6.1. Press

Menu button right

once to enter the edit mode. As the name of the language starts to blink you can

select another language for the keypad texts. Confirm with the

enter

button. The blinking stops and

all text information on the keypad is presented in the selected language.

You can return to the previous menu any time by pressing

Menu button left

.

Application selection

The user can select the desired application on the

Application selection page (S6.2)

. To enter the

page, press

Menu button right

on the first page of the

 System menu

. To change the application,

press

Menu button right

once more. The name of the application starts to blink. Now you can browse

the applications with the

Browser buttons

and select the desired application with the

enter

button.

After application change, you will be asked if you want the parameters of the new application to be

uploaded to the keypad. If you want to do this, press the

enter

button

.

Pressing any other button

leaves the parameters of the previously used application saved in the keypad. For more information,

see Chapter .
