Possible cause Solution
▪ Various situations can lead to an
«F» message. ▸ Acknowledge the error message by touching
the button.
▸ Switch off the power supply for about
1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on again and
select a new programme.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the er-
ror message in full (message, F and E num-
bers).
▸ Turn off the water tap and disconnect the
power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
If there is still some washing in the appliance:
▸ Carry out emergency draining.
▸ Use the emergency door release.
▸ Unload the washing.
▸ Call Customer Services.

▪ Overvoltage
▸ Acknowledge the error message by touching
the button.
▸ Switch off the power supply for about
1 minute.

▸ Disconnect the power supply.
▸ Have an electrician check the house installa-
tion.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the error message in full and the
serial number (SN) and then disconnect the
power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
