Possible cause Solution
䡲 Related to anti-leak
protection. A Turn off the water tap.
A Note down the error message in full (mes-
sage, serial number and error number).
A Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
A Do not interrupt the power supply to the ap-
pliance for the next 10 minutes so that the
drain pump can continue to run.

A Switch off the power supply for about 1
minute.
A Switch the power supply back on again and
select a new programme.
A If the error message reappears, note down
