Monitor Operation Instructions
KEY FUNCTIONS
START/STOP:
1. Start & Pauses workouts.
2. Operates only when in stop mode. Pressing this key for 4 seconds will reset all
function values zero.
DOWN:
Decreases the value of selected workout parameter: TIME, DISTANCE etc. During the
workout, it will decrease the resistance or load.
UP:
Increases the value of selected workout parameter. During the workout, it will increase the
resistance or load.
MODE/ENTER:
In its rest or stop state, press this key to input your desired value or work out mode.
Press the MODE KEY for selection of all functions to be displayed on the monitor screen.
RECOVERY (PULSE RECOVERY):
Press to enter into the Pulse Recovery function when the monitor
has a heart rate value. Recovery Values are shown as Fitness Level 1-6 after approx. 1 minute.
Level 1 is the best and Level 6 is the worst.
WORKOUT SELECTION
After powering-up the monitor use the UP or DOWN KEYS to select then press MODE/ENTER to
enter the desired modes.
SETTING WORKOUT MODES
After selecting your desired program, you may pre-set several workout modes for desired results.

TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES / T.H.R / ODO / RPM
Note:
Some modes are not adjustable in certain programs.
Once a program has been selected, pressing MODE/ENTER will make the “Time” mode flash. Using the
UP OR DOWN KEY you may select your desired time value. Press the MODE/ENTER KEY to input your
chosen value. The prompt will flash and move to the next mode. Continue to use the UP OR DOWN KEY.
Press the START/STOP KEY to start your workout.
