Attach the Handlebar (3) to the Seat Support (9) using 2 x M8 x 40mm Allen
Bolts (21), 2 x M8 Spring Washers (17), 2 x M8 Curved Washers (19).
Assemble the Pedals (Left and Right) (10 & 11) to the Crank. (See Note)
Both Pedals MUST be tightened securely other wise damage may occur
to the crank. Fit the Pedal Straps (Marked L and R) ensuring a sung, but
not to tight a fit with your normal footwear.

Assembly
One Pedal is supplied with a
RIGHT HAND THREAD for the
RIGHT HAND SIDE of the cycle
and must be fitted by turning
CLOCKWISE. The other Pedal is
supplied with a LEFT HAND
THREAD for the LEFT HAND SIDE
and must be fitted by turning
ANTI-CLOCKWISE.
