UviCube
All disputes arising from or in connection with the Product or any warranties or representations
made under this Manual shall be settled amicably through good faith negotiation. In the event no
settlement can be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days after such dispute arises,
then parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation according to the rules of JAMS. If the Parties
remain unable to resolve their differences through mediation, then the competent Courts of
California in Orange County shall have the jurisdiction to look into the matter in dispute. You and
UviCube agree that the laws of California, USA, shall apply to you and UviCube in any and all
questions arising hereunder without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. You agree that the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to UviCube shall be in the Superior Court
of California for the County of Orange or the United States District Court, Central District of
California and each of the parties hereto submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of
such courts. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any cause of action arising out of or
related to the Product must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
