In the event that the product is found to contain a defect in material or workmanship, UviCube shall
have, at its sole discretion, the option to repair, replace, or provide a credit or refund of the purchase
price. In the event of replacement, UviCube shall have the right to replace the item with a new, or
refurbished, item. For replacement products, UviCube will bear the cost of re-shipping the product
to customer.
In the event of a refund, your refund will be processed only after a review upon receipt of the
returned item is found by UviCube to be covered under the limited warranty. Refunds will be made
by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card ,debit card, etc.) Funds can take 5-9
business days to post on your card.
In the event that the returned unit is determined by UviCube NOT to be covered by the warranty,
UviCube will return the unit to the customer free of charge.
For products found to contain a defect in material or workmanship, UviCube will reimburse customer
for return shipping.
