Limited Warranty
UviCube warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be substantially free
from manufacturing defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship for one (1) year from the
original date of purchase. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charge if it has not
been tampered with and appliance has been used according to these printed directions. This warranty
extends only to the original purchaser of the product, and may not be assigned or transferred.
A Warranty Claim must be submitted at www.uvicube.com/warranty and customer must receive a
warranty authorization claim number before returning the product.
Customer will bear the cost of return shipping. However, this cost will be reimbursed if UviCube
determines that the unit is covered by the limited warranty.
UviCube will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by
means of receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the warranty period. UviCube
requires receipt and inspection of the actual unit to verify that it qualifies for the limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to wear, that can be
considered as consumable parts by their nature.
The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from any acts of God, accidental damage, use
contrary to the operating instructions, neglect, normal wear and tear, product misuse, after market
product repair or alterations, or failure to follow use and care instructions supplied with the product.
This warranty shall be void in the event any repairs or alterations, not duly authorized by UviCube in
writing, are made to the Product by any person. The manufacturing date of the product has to be
clearly readable.
The warranty detailed above shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties. All other warranties,
including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
of intellectual property, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
