BASIC FUNCTIONS
MAKING A CALL
1.
Enter a phone number.
2.
Press the Send Key
.
3.
To end a call, press the End Key
.
ANSWERING CALLS
1.
When your phone rings or vibrates, press the Send Key
to
answer the incoming call. (Depending on your phone’s settings,
you may also answer incoming calls by opening the phone or by
pressing any digit key. See page 73 for details.)
2.
To end a call, press the End Key
.
To modify the phone number you have entered:
• To erase one digit at a time press
.
• To erase the entire number, press and hold
.
Note
• If “CALL FAILED” appears on the display or the line is busy, press the
Send Key
or the End Key
.
• When you place or receive a call from stored phone numbers, only the
name will be displayed.
• If “Enter Lock Code” appears on the display enter your 4-digit
password to unlock your phone.
• Your default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Note
To ignore incoming calls, press Right Soft Key
[Ignore].
In Auto Answer Mode, a call is automatically answered after five
seconds of ring tones.
