Set Telnet mode as operation mode, click “Apply”

7.1.6 Remote Pair Slave Mode & Remote Pair Master Mode

1. Interface Description

If remote pair slave mode & remote pair master mode is used at the same time, it requires two serial
device servers to work together, so as to break the data transmission distance limit of serial port. In
this mode, the two serial device servers establish a network connection with each other through
Ethernet, and transparently transmit data from their serial ports to each other.
The serial device server of remote pair slave mode is slave device; and it is passive mode, it listen a
specified port set by the user, passively waiting for a connection. The serial device server of remote
pair master mode is master device; and it is active mode. According to the IP address and port set by
the user; its destination address is the IP address of the slave device and the destination port is the
listening port of the slave device. The interface is shown as below:
